Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Malika Favre purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Malika Favre packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
